How to Complete a Project 1:1 Support

1:1 Project Support

Get unstuck with a real person.

Guides are great until you are staring at the same stuck project for the third week in a row. Sometimes you just need someone on the other side of the screen. Book a 55-minute session, tell me where it stalled, and then we actually work on it together.

55 minutesLive video callHalf talk, half doingAny kind of project

How the 55 minutes work

First half, about 25 minutes

We talk about the project

No judgment about how long it has been sitting. We get the whole thing out of your head and onto the table.

  • What the project is and what "done" actually looks like
  • Where it stalled, and what is really in the way
  • Shrinking the next step until it feels doable
  • Picking exactly what we will work on in the second half
Second half, about 30 minutes

We get to work on it

The call turns into a working session. You make real progress while I stay with you.

  • You work on the piece we picked, right there on the call
  • I help you decide when you hit a fork, so you do not freeze
  • Gentle nudges back on track if your attention wanders
  • We wrap with your next step written down, so momentum does not stop when the call does

Is this a fit for you?

This is for you if

  • You keep meaning to work on something and it keeps not happening
  • You started strong and the project quietly stalled in the middle
  • You work better when someone is right there with you (body doubling)
  • You are overwhelmed and cannot tell which piece to do first
  • You want to leave a call with progress, not just a pep talk

This is not

  • Therapy, counseling, or medical advice
  • A lecture about productivity
  • Someone doing the whole project for you
  • A sales call in disguise

What to bring

  1. The projectThe stuck thing, even if it is a mess. Messy is welcome.
  2. Whatever you have so farFiles, notes, a half-built page, a pile of receipts. Have it open.
  3. Your setupA computer or workspace where you can actually do the work during the second half.
  4. 55 minutesProtect the time. Silence notifications if you can.

A clear next stepOne small, specific action written down for after the call.
Less dreadThe project stops feeling like a fog once someone has looked at it with you.

Questions

What kind of projects can I bring?

Almost anything you have been trying to finish: a business task, a website, a creative piece, a home project, paperwork, a class assignment, a launch. If it has a finish line and it is stuck, it counts.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. This is practical, hands-on project support with a real person. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If something bigger is getting in the way of your life, a clinician can help.

Do we really work on it during the call?

Yes. About the first half is talking it through. The second half is a working session: you do the next piece of the project while I stay with you, help you decide, and keep you moving. Some people share their screen, some just work alongside me.

What if I don't even know where to start?

That is exactly what the first half is for. We untangle it together, shrink the first step until it feels doable, and then you start it right there on the call.

How do I book and pay?

Click any Book button on this page. It opens the booking page, where you pick a time and pay for your session in one step. You will get a confirmation with the video call details.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes. Many projects move fastest with a session every week or two. Book one, see how it feels, and come back whenever you hit the next sticky spot.
